Social Media & Digital Marketer

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join the OGA Creative team in Albury. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our clients’ Social Media strategy, in order to increase their online presence to improve their marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the in-house OGA Creative team including videography, photography, web and design.

Roles and Responsibilities

Essential:

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies
• Define clients’ social media KPIs
• Develop, manage and oversee social media content
• Copy writing skills, adaptive to various demographics and industry types
• Develop social community engagement to encourage follower growth and brand loyalty
• Measure & report on the success of social media campaigns
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite
• Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Monitor user engagement and develop content optimisation

Desirable

• Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience
• Web design & development skills
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
