Julia Simpson is a founder and CEO of OGA Creative Agency. She has a sound reputation for achieving goals and building business opportunities for both OGA and their clients.

Through strategic direction and outside the box thinking she has been the pivotal lead in building OGA to being one of the most successful creative agencies in regional Australia.

Lee Dashiell – Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at OGA Creative Agency, Lee is a highly creative and versatile designer, art director, copywriter and editor. He has extensive experience in multimedia, marketing and editorial for both online and print formats.

“I like helping clients by creating something to get them noticed.”

Stefan Terlich – Graphic Artist

Our graphic designer Stefan loves to keep his clients identity up to date and ahead of the competition, with a love for minimal and modern design he takes inspiration from current trends across all areas of design. When not on his MacBook designing amazing graphic solutions for his clients or watching Netflix, Stefan loves to get outdoors for some hiking, camping or hitting up a music festival.

Nic Fenton – Photographer / Video Editor

Despite his love for the absurd, self-proclaimed cinemaphile Nic can take raw footage and turn it into a stylish slick video production. He is OGA’s senior videographer and photographer with exceptional scriptwriting, editing and colour grading skills.

“Moving images catch people’s attention and brings your products to life.”

Maddison Dundas – Photographer / Video Editor

Passionate about agriculture and film, Maddison combines her interests as OGA’s videographer, photographer and video editor. She has a bachelor’s degree in Television Production and Photography. Her precision, teamed with her creativity, means she can help clients achieve their marketing goals.

“I spend a lot of time travelling around to capture footage and love putting it together as a finished short film.”

Phil Crosskell – Senior Web Developer

Sports-mad Phil tries to engage the rest of OGA staff with Formula 1, footy and cricket conversations, but sadly he’s the only one interested. But he’s not alone in his passion for creating eye-catching websites. Phil can take a drab website and re-imagine it into something very appealing and easy to navigate. He can help you with all of those areas that you may find quite baffling, like SEO, Google AdWords and Analytics, hosting, domains and EDMs.

“I can guide you through the complexities of creating a website from scratch or update your existing site to bring it bang up to date.”

Simone Poidevin – Accounts Manager

Talk about a hunter and gatherer! At OGA, with multiple projects going on at all times, Simone ensures every brief is followed through, every advertisement, catalogue, website and campaign is completed on time, every time and within budget. As Account Manager, Simone is your go-to contact and will keep you up to date with all of your projects.

“Your work is important to us at OGA, and I will keep you in the loop, so you feel confident that all your goals will be met.”

Ellen Cook – Office Manager | Social Media

The first happy voice you hear at the other end of the phone is often Ellen. As the Business Manager of OGA, Ellen coordinates the everyday operations, managing both existing and new clients. Her Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management degree and agribusiness knowledge is a huge asset in helping clients get exactly what they are after.

“Ask me anything and I will find you a solution.”
